Community Odor Reporting Program

C4 has significantly strengthened and evolved its odor control system over time—moving from basic filtration to a layered program that combines upgraded equipment, continuous monitoring, and a structured odor management and response process. As part of this effort, we are expanding community engagement through a simple, direct way to report odor concerns and receive real-time responsiveness from our team. Our goal is straightforward: eliminate all fugitive cannabis odors to the greatest extent possible and maintain a program that is accountable, measurable, and continuously improving.

To support that commitment, C4 offers two direct reporting options:

How to Report an Odor Concern

24/7 Live-Operator Hotline

(800) 771-0624

Online Reporting Form

www.c4usa.com

These tools are designed to create a direct line for odor complaints, enable faster investigations, and support timely feedback and documented resolution.

What to Include (So We Can Investigate Accurately)

If possible, please share:

  1. Time and date
  2. Where you noticed it (street/area)
  3. What it smelled like and how strong it was
  4. Your preferred contact method (optional)

Even if you do not leave contact information, we will still review the report and evaluate monitoring and operational conditions.

What You Can Expect from C4

When an odor complaint is received, C4 will:

  1. Log every report immediately
  2. Review monitoring and weather data around the time of the report
  3. Initiate an odor investigation when the information suggests the odor may be linked to our facility
  4. Take corrective actions when needed (equipment checks, operational changes, repairs)

If you provide contact information, a C4 representative will follow up with a summary of what we found and what actions were taken, when applicable.

Staying Engaged with the Community

C4 will be hosting quarterly neighborhood meetings to share updates, hear concerns, and explain improvements being made.

Why Reporting Matters

Odor reports help us identify patterns (time, wind, location) and improve our program faster. If you notice odor, please report it—your feedback directly supports accountability and continuous improvement.
